In Which One of My Dreams Came True aka Book Signing of Awesomness!

Hello lovelies,

So I know I’ve been a little MIA here on the blog, but as much as the internet public needs my attention, the OUTSIDE WORLD public needed me this last few weeks. I know, I know. I’m just as freaked out as you.

What do I mean, you ask? What are these “real” people you speak of?

Well….my dream of signing my book at Changing Hands Bookstore has finally come true!

This has been on my author bucket list since the moment I stepped foot into Changing Hands. I’m not biased at all but this beautiful bookstore is one of the best out there. The people, the books, the everything!

So here’s the 411.

Vicki Leigh, an author of awesomeness (you should read her book, just click here), and I decided she needed a vacation in Arizona and I needed someone to help me not make a total fool out of myself in front of people. So, with combined efforts, the dual singing of amazingness was born!

Changing Hands were the best in helping us set everything up and hosting us at their store. A bunch of people came out, Vicki and I ran out of stuff to do and talk about with over 30 minutes to go, and then, of course, there was some signing of the books!

Here are some pictures for your enjoyment 🙂

Look at me, reading from my book. Seriously, the weirdest (and coolest) feeling ever.

The support from my friends was amazing!
So much fun!
So much fun!

I cannot even express to you just how amazing it was to have everyone come out and share this special time with us! I’m beyond thankful for Vicki, for coming out and keeping me company up there while we talked books! She’s awesome (read her books, seriously).

The weekend didn’t end there, but that’s another post for you! So for now, I’m out!

Much love,

Valia
