Honestly, this book. I read it in basically one sitting. The writing is beautiful and powerful and it stays with you. It gave me serious The Power feels, but I loved it more. I’ve been thinking about it all day, and still angry at some parts. Definitely my favorite Kim book!🍃

I was only supposed to read 50 pages of this one last night and ended up finishing the whole thing. I really enjoyed it, even though parts were predictable to me. But that’s what happens when you read a lot. I really enjoy Riley’s writing style, so I’m excited for my next read by him. 🍃

I have a 5K plan for #campnanowrimo tomorrow. We shall see what happens. It’s been a tough going this week. But I keep on pushing through! That’s how books are written, after all. 🍃

But! The scene I’m currently working on is outside! In a forest! By a river! I’ve been working on creating an atmosphere and I hope to manage at least 2K today. It’s going to be tough, since work has been crazy. But we shall see. 🍃

I managed a little over 5K on my project yesterday, and made a bunch of notes on what comes next. I also got a draft of the cover for book 4 and guys, you are going to love it. I definitely love it!🍃
